Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty – Eyelid Lift – By Dr Sergey Turin

PROCEDURE DETAILS

This wonderful patient is full of energy, but her saggy upper lid skin and bulging lower lid fat made her look tired and covered up her joie de vivre. She wanted to correct this, but still look like herself, so I performed an upper blepharoplasty with browpexy (to prevent the tail of the brow from dropping) to open the eyes and then a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty (no external incisions) to address the prolapsing lower lid fat pads. To finish off, we did some fat grafting to the face to help restore some of the youthful volume of the cheeks and tear troughs that she's lost over the years. Now she looks as good as she feels!!
